This Statement of Investment Principles has been drawn up by the Trustees of the St Ann’s Hospice Pension Scheme (‘the Trustees’, ‘the Scheme’) in accordance with Section 35 of the Pensions Act 1995, amended by Section 244 of the Pensions Act 2004 and the Occupational Pension Schemes (Investment) Regulations 2005.
